💡 Solo members get 6 tele visits/year. Families share 12 tele visits/year. Each member also gets 2 included tests/year—plus certain house-call tests (pregnancy, UA, strep, glucose) are always free when performed.

FAQ
How do visit allotments work?
Solo members receive 6 telehealth visits per year. Family memberships share 12 tele visits among family members. After the allotment, additional virtual visits are $65 each.
Which tests are always free with a house call?
Pregnancy (hCG), Urinalysis (UA), Rapid Strep A, and Blood Glucose—when clinically appropriate—are free for members and non-members.
What about other tests or procedures?
Members get 2 additional POCTs per person/year included. After that (or for non-members), tests are billed via Charm EHR at the prices listed. Simple laceration repair, when performed, is $50.
Can I use my insurance?
We don’t bill insurance for our fees. If a prescription is sent to your pharmacy, you can use your insurance there as usual.
